Der Bau der Anglikanischen Kathedrale von Korea in Seoul wurde unter der Führung von Mark Trollope, dem dritten Bischof der Anglikanischen Kirche von Korea, im Jahr 1992 begonnen. Sie wurde von dem englischen Architekten Arthur Dixon entworfen. Die Einweihungszeremonie fand am 2. Mai 1926 statt, obwohl die Bauarbeiten noch im Gange waren. Damals bestand das Gebäude aus drei Stockwerken und stand auf einer Fläche von 992 m². Im Jahr 1993 wurde der originale Entwurf der Kirche in einer Bücherei in England gefunden, woraufhin die Bauarbeiten wieder aufgenommen und 1996 schließlich beendet wurden.

Das Kirchengebäude ist eine Kombination vom romanischem und traditionell koreanischem Stil. Die äußeren Linien seiner Kreuzform verlaufen harmonisch. In der Kathedrale gibt es 12 Steinsäulen, die die 12 Aposteln darstellen, ein Mosaik von Jusus an der vorderen Wand und eine Messingplatte in Gedenken an Mark Troppe, unter welcher seine sterblichen Überreste bewahrt sind.
