Le Parc Moraesigye est à la fois entouré par la mer de l’Est, par des montagnes et par le village Jeongdongjin. Dans ce parc principalement composé de pinèdes, des bancs sont placés en face de la mer et il y a aussi un accès à la plage Jeongdongjin.

Un sablier géant a été construit dans ce but. Avec ses 8 m de diamètre, sa largeur de 3 m et son poids de 40 tonnes dont 8 tonnes de sable, ce sablier est l’un des plus grands sabliers du monde. Le sable met une année entière pour tomber complètement, et à chaque nouvel an à minuit le sablier recommence à zéro.
