Sangsang-gil Road was created to show the beauty of Korea as imagined by the world. The title of the 150-meter-long road from Buljonggeori Road to Burim Market was given in 2015 after a global internet campaign by Korea Tourism Organization. The road is paved with 23,000 blocks engraved with the names of foreigners in five different colors that represent Korea. The road is also a famous date course with many popular restaurants along the road.

Its star menu item is the jeontong danpatjuk (sweet red bean porridge), meticulously crafted from boiled red beans and sugar. Chang-dong Art Village is an urban regeneration initiative aimed at revitalizing the once-thriving commercial heart of old Masan’s downtown area (Chang-dong/Odong-dong area). The village showcases a myriad of attractions segmented under three themes: Moonshin Art Alley, Masan Art Trace Alley, and E'cole de Chang-dong Alley. These alleys resonate with the memories and nostalgia of Masan, which stood as a cultural and artistic hub in the 1950s and 1960s. Masan is made more beautiful by Gagopa Kkoburang-gil Mural Village, a local renovation effort made by Gyeongnam Bank. The village is one of the top photo zones. Walking through the village from Chang-dong, past Burim Market, and on to Seongho-dong mountain neighborhood, the colorful murals will bright every step of the way.

Nestled at the hillside of Chusan-dong with a panoramic view of Changwon, Moonshin Art Museum houses Moon Shin’s art pieces and keeps his spirit intact. The artist resided in France for many years, returning to his hometown in 1980, and worked hard to establish the museum for 15 years. The museum finally opened in 1994 after his endless effort. Unfortunately, Moon Shin died one year after opening the museum, donating the museum to his loving hometown in his will. Following his will, the Moonshin Art Museum was donated to Changwon in 2003 and has since been operating as a city gallery. Changwon also established Moonshin Round Museum in October 2010, exhibiting 116 Moonshin plaster circle art pieces. Moonshin Art Museum is comprised of Exhibition Hall 1 & 2, an outdoor exhibition hall and Moonshin Round Museum, showcasing a total of 3,900 pieces, including plaster round pieces, sculptures, drawings, tools, paintings, oil-paintings and keepsakes.

From Pungho-dong, follow Haengam-ro for four kilometers and cross the small mountain pass to reach Suchi Village and Suchi Beach. Nestled in the mountains facing the quiet sea, Suchi Village was once a small village with only a few inhabitants. In recent years, the city has grown dramatically and draws a steady stream of visitors who come for hoe (sliced raw fish), a local specialty served fresh all year round.

The town and its main beach boast a variety of amenities including hoe restaurants, accommodations, and parking lots. Happo, the nearest town, also offers plenty to see and do and surrounds visitors with forests and other natural wonders. Happo is famous as the site where Admiral Yi Sun-Sin (1545-1598) achieved many victories against the Japanese navy during the Imjin War (1592-1598).

Also referred to as Buk-myeon Hot Springs after the name of the region, Mageumsan Hot Springs is 13 kilometers north of Rural Route 1045 from Euichang-dong in Changwon and takes approximately 20 minutes to get to by car. Mageumsan Hot Springs rises 200 meters above sea level, contains a slightly alkaline enriched water of 55℃ or more, and consists of over 20 mineral substances including natrium, radium, manganese, ion sulfate, and others. Mageumsan Hot Springs are known to be effective in helping arthritis, women's diseases, neuralgia, depression, etc., and are frequently visited by travelers.

Records of Mageumsan Hot Springs are listed in the ancient texts of King Sejong's Geographical Book, Survey on Civilization (Dongguk-yeojiseungnam), and more, illustrating that these hot springs were of great importance in ages past. The hot springs were temporarily closed in the later period of the Joseon Dynasty but were reopened by a man named Tokunaga from Japan. Later, Jin-Il Sohn, a resident of the area took ownership of the hot springs.

Outstanding scenery complements the hot springs with Cheonmasan Mountain (370m), Mageumsan Mountain and Baekweolsan Mountain (400m) located nearby. In particular, there is a legend that surrounds Baekweolsan Mountain and people like to climb this mountain and then relax by bathing in the hot springs.
