This guesthouse is located in a residential district of Donam-dong in Mireukdo Island, Tongyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do. It is housed in a two-story residential home, remodeled to contain 2- to 4-person rooms on the first floor, and a 4-person family room on the second. All rooms are fitted with ondol (under-the-floor heating system) and have thick mats for comfort.
Double Room is intended for two guests and can house up to 3. Deluxe Family Room has a TV in the room, while the Family Room has both a TV and a separate bathroom attached to the room. Amenities include shared kitchen, shared restroom, bathroom, and yard-facing terrace. Visitors can also contact the guesthouse to rent out the entire house.
Every morning, self-service breakfast is laid out for about an hour from 8:30 onward, consisting of coffee, tea, milk, breakfast cereal, bread, jam, and eggs. Visitors have access to complimentary shower items, personal towels, hair dryer, and kitchen utensils. Tongyeong Cable Car Terminal and Skyline Luge Tongyeong, and the Music Fountain are located 10 min away by foot.

Tongyeong Cable Car installed on Mireuksan Mountain in Tongyeong is 1,975 meters long, and a bi-cable automatic circulation gondola system was installed using the latest Swiss technology. At an average speed of 4 meters per second, it takes about 9 minutes to reach the upper station, circulating a total of 48 gondolas that consist of 47 passenger gondolas and 1 cargo gondola. The cable car implemented an eco-friendly design and has only one intermediate support with the aim of protecting the environment while providing a comfortable ride for passengers. The Jeon Hyuck Lim Museum of Art is located on the way to Yonghwasa Temple on Mireuksan Mountain in Tongyeong. This site used to be the location of the house where master painter Jeon Hyuck-lim lived for about 30 years since 1975. A new building was constructed and the site was turned into a creative space, opening to the public on May 11, 2003.

The outer walls of the building is decorated with the master painter's paintings and his son Yeonggeun's paintings which were selected from among their works and reproduced by utilizing about 7,500 20x20cm ceramic tiles, with a view to represent the image of Tongyeong and the artistic image of the master painter. In particular, the front wall on the third floor is a reproduction of the great artist's work titled "Window" painted in 1992.

Mireukdo Island is located in Tongyeong, a city that holds great historical significance for being the home of the Tongjeyeong naval station during the Joseon dynasty. The Tongyeong base served as the central command station for the three other naval bases in the Gyeongsang, Jeolla and Chungcheong regions.

Not only is Mireukdo Island designated as a Special Tourist Zone, it is also a part of the Hallyeohaesang National Park and serves as the center of tourism in the South Coast. The Mireukdo Special Tourist Zone, with the Donam Tourist Complex as its core, is well-equipped with a variety of leisure facilities, tourist accommodations and restaurants. This district caters to visitors with yacht services and a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kayaking and water skiing. Exceptionally popular is the ferry cruise that takes visitors to Hansando Island, which is located just off the coast of Tongyeong, and to the other scenic islands such as Bijindo and Maemuldo.

Mireukdo Island is connected to Tongyeong through an undersea tunnel, Chungmu Bridge and Tongyeong Bridge, making it even more accessible to visitors. At the center of the island is the towering Mireuksan Mountain. The panoramic Hallyeosudo Viewing Ropeway, which opened in 2008, takes visitors to the summit of Mireuksan Mountain. The top offers a commanding view of the forests and valleys below. On a clear day, visitors can even see the Japanese island of Tsushima. The mountain’s hiking trails are well-maintained and are suitable for short hikes. The most traveled trail is the one starting from Yonghwasa Temple. Hikers taking this trail pass through Gwaneumsa Temple and Mireukjae Pass to reach the top. The trail leads to Miraesa Temple and a grass field on the way down before finally going back to Yonghwasa Temple.

Skyline Luge is a luge kart adventure experience that was specially designed for downhill riding and features four tracks with a total distance of 3.8 kilometers. Situated in the middle of Mireukdo Island on the southern part of Tongyeong, Mireuksan Mountain (altitude 458.4 meters) is also sometimes referred to as Yonghwasan Mountain after Yonghwasa Temple. Additional temples on the mountain include the more secluded Gwaneumam and Dosoram Hermitages, as well as Miraesa Temple. While not as tall as other mountains, it is famous for its lush forest, valleys with pure water, odd-shaped rocks, and rock caves. The mountain is beautiful year round with royal azalea in spring, bright foliage in fall, and breathtaking views of the Korean archipelago.

Hallyeohaesang National Marine Park was designated as the first national marine park in 1968 and covers the area between Jisimdo Island in Geoje and Odongdo Island in Yeosu with six separate districts including Geoje, Tongyeong, Sacheon, Hadong, Namhae and Odongdo Island. It spans over an area of 535.676 ㎢ and the ocean accounts for 76% of the total area. The outstanding view created by the sea and land attracts over 1 million visitors every year.

The Tongyeong district of the park encompasses Dadohae Islets, Bijindo Island and Haegeumgang Islets. The Donam Complex in Tongyeong is being developed as a world-class marine tourist attraction. On Hansando Island, there are many historical sites dedicated or related to the great Admiral Yi Sun-sin, such as battlefields where the admiral defeated Japanese naval forces. Other sites include those related to the Imjin War such as Jeseungdang, Chungnyeolsa and the turtle lighthouse. The Sanyang Road is a great driving course along where one can see the entire Mireukdo Island and appreciate the scenery. From Dara Park, visitors can enjoy the great view of Dadohae Islets. Major attractions include Hansando Island, Bijindo Island and Maemuldo Islands; the latter two are often said to be the focal point of this scenic sea park.

Tongyeong Lighthouse Fishing Park (통영등대낚시공원)

Tongyeong Lighthouse Fishing Park is a bridge-shaped fishing facility, conveniently situated near the Donam Tourist Complex in Tongyeong. It was established in 2006 when Tongyeong was selected as a pilot site for the Marine Fishing Park project initiated by Gyeongsangnam-do. Known as an ideal spot for sea fishing, it offers stunning views of the Hallyeo National Marine Park. This location allows visitors to enjoy sea fishing safely without the need to venture far out to sea by boat.
