Barae-gil Road gets its name from the belief of Namhae families that the ocean provides us with everything we need. The road was designed to provide means of exercise, as well as provide life experiences through participating in activities along the way, such as farming and fishing. The Daraengi Jiget-gil Trail section stretches along the coast from Pyeongsanhang Port, past Sachon Beach to Daraengi Village. The trail affords views of the incredible natural scenery from the ocean waves pounding onto the pebble beaches to the terraced fields of rice. The trail spans 16 kilometers and takes around five hours to complete.

Another shooting location for episode 7 of the drama "Not Others," this is where the characters Jin-hong and Jin-hee have a conversation. Soho Dongdong Bridge, with a 742 m beach promenade, is considered one of the top spots for Yeosu's night sea views. After sunset, the lighting installed along the deck creates the atmospheric Yeosu night seascape.

The Seomi Garden is a formal, natural European garden decorated with old stone walls and ponds of a terraced paddy field, overlooking the beautiful waters of Hallyeohaesang National Marine Park in the South Sea also known as the treasure islands, as well as various herbs and silver grasses growing on the hedges. Yeosu Hanok Experience Center is part of Sanggwan Village, Yeosu City, and can be rented as a single guesthouse.
