Haneul Park is one of five parks that make up World Cup Park, together with Peace Park, Nanjicheon Park, Nanji Hangang Park, and Noeul Park. It was established for the purpose of restoring the ecological environment so operates its facilities by using natural energy. It features a silver grass field, mixed grassland, rock garden, sunflower field, observatory rest area, and wind power generator. Mokdong Stadium was opened in 1989 with a stadium, a baseball field and an indoor ice rink and added footsal field in 2008 to improve Korea’s sports culture. D-cube Arts Center is a state-of-the-art theater dedicated to musicals in D-cube City in Sindorim built by Daesung Energy. It took eight years to complete the 1,242-seated theater with the cooperation of Korea's best music and construction engineers and expert stage technicians. Songnidan-gil Street (송리단길)

Located south of the eastern side of Seokchon Lake, this street is home to numerous restaurants and cafes. Its name comes from the combination of Songpa-dong and Gyeongnidan-gil Street in Itaewon, Seoul, meaning the “Gyeongnidan-gil Street of Songpa-dong.” This street began as an otherwise unremarkable street that faced the eastern side of Seokchon Lake. Today’s “Songnidan-gil Street” came to be as cafes moved into the neighborhood, followed by restaurants and photography studios.
