Les blocks de couleurs sont posés sur le sol et des équipements pratiques sont disponibles comme des jardins, des bancs et des abris. La plate-forme de 3 040 m² où les touristes peuvent voir de nombreux événements surplombant la mer , est également un espace où les visiteurs peuvent tremper leurs pieds dans l’eau quand les vagues sont hautes.
