Le Parc Moraesigye est à la fois entouré par la mer de l’Est, par des montagnes et par le village Jeongdongjin. Dans ce parc principalement composé de pinèdes, des bancs sont placés en face de la mer et il y a aussi un accès à la plage Jeongdongjin.

Le sable met une année entière pour tomber complètement, et à chaque nouvel an à minuit le sablier recommence à zéro.
