Seongsu Noru est un restaurant spécialisé dans le gopchang (tripes de bœuf grillées à la coréenne), situé à Seongsu, à Séoul.

Les morceaux de gopchang sont généreusement servis, tendres et sans odeur forte, puis grillés directement par le personnel pour une texture croustillante.
