Renowned for its rich soup of cold noodles, the restaurant uses fresh soybeans grown in Gangwon-do. To make the restaurant's signature dish, buckwheat is mixed with ground soybeans and flour to make dough. The dough is shaped into noodles and boiled. La galerie Rodin est un lieu culturel reposant où vous pourrez y apprécier les oeuvres de Rodin. Elle est divisée en 2 parties principales : le « pavillon de verre » où se tient un hall d’exposition permanent et 2 salles dépendant des programmations.
Le « pavillon de verre » est entièrement décoré de plaques de verre semi-transparentes. Par conséquent, les visiteurs peuvent apprécier les célèbres oeuvres de Rodin, « la Porte de l’Enfer » et « les Bourgeois de Calais » à la lumière naturelle. C’est comme si vous étiez dans une galerie extérieure.
La perspective des murs de verre et du plafond en direction de « la Porte de l’enfer » a été inspirée par la pièce maîtresse « la Cathédrale ». Ainsi non seulement les oeuvres de Rodin mais aussi le bâtiment aspire à rendre présent l’esprit artistique de Rodin. Dans la fameuse « Porte de l’Enfer », environ 200 traits de caractère représentant la joie, la colère, la tristesse et le plaisir sont sculptés.
Parmi d’autres célébrités, « le Penseur », « les trois Ombres » et « la Martyre ». Dans les 2 autres halls d’exposition, vous pourrez voir des oeuvres de différents artistes contemporains, qui auront marqué l’histoire de l’art contemporain.
Elle contient aussi une salle vidéo et une boutique d’art. Dans la salle vidéo, vous pourrez voir plusieurs ouvrages en relation avec les expositions. La boutique d’art est reliée à la sortie. Ici, sont exposés et vendus des oeuvres de Rodin, des poteries et autres produits. Ce qui sont intéressés par Rodin devraient y faire une halte.
Dans ce même bâtiment se trouve un centre commercial Samsung Plaza. Après le monde artistique de Rodin, peut-être aimeriez-vous faire un peu de shopping ou voir un film pour vous relaxer. Au 1er étage de Samsung plaza, il y a les restaurants et au 2ème les soldes. Un lieu propice pour le lèche-vitrine et un bon dîner.
Par ailleurs, il y a plein d’autres sites intéressants à visiter dans les environs: d’abord, la galerie d’art Hoam et le hall Hoam dans la tour du journal Joongang.
De City Hall, sur le trottoir opposé se trouve le palais de Duksugung dans lequel vous pourrez voir le musée national d’art moderne ainsi que l’annexe du palais, la galerie des reliques et le cinéma Jungdong.

The chicken is boiled with high-quality ginseng, dates, garlic, glutinous rice, and various medicinal herbs to make a flavorful and energizing soup.
