Se trata de una plataforma de paseo urbana a lo largo del sendero costero que utilizaba antiguamente la línea ferroviaria Donghae Nambu. De todo el trayecto, el tramo entre Mipo y Songjeong tiene 4,8 km de largo y los visitantes pueden recorrerlo en ambas direcciones admirando el paisaje de la costa.
