The Nam-Seoul Museum of Art offers visitors a meaningful opportunity to linger beside the traces of history. The building previously served as the Belgian Consulate during the Korean Empire (1897-1910) and has since been designated as a historic Site. Gureumsan Forest Park is densely populated with trees that are 20 meters high. The forest park has a playground and wooden benches, and has the highest phytoncide concentration out of all the 13 forest parks in Gyeonggi-do. This hiking trail has been developed with 356 fir trees and an 184-meter red clay trail to provide citizens and tourists with a relaxing barefoot walking experience. Most of the forest paths in the park area are covered in wood chips, making it easier to walk.

Located at the foot of Umyeonsan Mountain in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Gwanmunsa Temple had its ground-breaking ceremony in 1993 and construction was completed in October 1998.
The temple site has a total area of 22,148.76 ㎡ with seven ground levels and four basement levels. The temple was constructed with a mixture of modern and traditional Buddhist architectural designs. Inside the temple, cutting-edge facilities are used for various cultural events, conferences, and sacred ceremonies.
Neighbored by Cheonggyesan Mountain, Umyeonsan Mountain, and Yangjaecheon Stream, the temple is located near many natural spots visitors can enjoy. In particular, Umyeonsan Mountain (alt. 293 m), where Gwanmunsa Temple is located, gets its name for its shape resembling a cow lying down. Chamsut Kkeomeok Doeji is a black pork restaurant that has been open for a long time in Gwangmyeong. The place serves black pork raised in the nature of Jirisan Mountain, 700 meters above sea level. The pork skin and fat are the highlights of the black pork belly. The more the meat is chewed on, the richer in flavor it becomes. Freshwater snail, leaf wraps and rice, kimchi jjigae, braised aged kimchi (has a more sour and deep taste than regular kimchi), spicy stir-fried pork, and cold buckwheat noodles are also available, perfect dishes for eating with grilled pork.
