Le café Rainbow est le premier des neufs cafés avec vue situés le long du fleuve Han a avoir été ouvert au public. Le café, d’une superficie de 76,4 m², occupe le deuxième et troisième étage d’un bâtiment en comptant trois (le rez-de-chaussée et le premier étage sont un espace commun pour l’ascenseur et les escaliers). Le café Rainbow consiste en un café, un belvédère et une salle de spectacle, lesquels sont centrés autour du thème du vélo .

A partir du troisième étage, les visiteurs peuvent apprécier une vue pittoresque du pont Hannam et du mont Namsan, et, la nuit, les lumières d’intérieur seront baissées afin d’assurer le meilleur éclairage pour cette fantastique vue nocturne. L’intérieur du café a beaucoup de chaises confortables et d’équipements pour que les visiteurs puissent se reposer. Le menu reflète l’idée d’une santé absolue avec une sélection de boissons et d’aliments sains, ce qui correspond parfaitement avec une journée-vélo.
