La cerámica buncheongsagi fue utilizada durante el período del siglo XV al XVI, que corresponde a la época intermedia de entre el cheongja (cerámica de color verde claro) y el baekja (cerámica refinada en arcilla blanca). Es considerada como la cerámica de estilo tradicional coreano, ya que presenta una belleza simple, y fue utilizada en la vida cotidiana de los habitantes en general. Este festival se celebra en otoño, en la ciudad de Gimhae, la región productora de cerámica más grande del país. Durante el festival podrá conseguir los artículos de cerámica, platos, teteras, etc., fabricados al estilo tradicional, con descuentos de 30-40%. Tendrá la oportunidad de observar las etapas de producción del buncheongsagi, y también participar en la elaboración, grabando dibujos o escrituras sobre la cerámica.
