Ilsan Lake Park spans over 991,800 square meters, making it one of the largest man-made parks in Asia. The large fresh water lake is well-managed to remain clean. The park is equipped with convenient facilities and attractions, including the Riverside Square, artificial islands, a 4.7-kilometer-long bike path, children’s playground, natural experience site, musical fountain, 100 species of wild flowers and a dense forest of 200,000 trees. The park also serves as the venue for International Horticulture Goyang Korea, a large flower exhibition.

The festival takes place at Ilsan Lake Park in Goyang with organizations, groups, and companies from over 30 countries showcasing flowers and various products made with flowers. Also, unique and rare plants exhibition, indoor garden decorated with flower art pieces, outdoor theme parks, making of flower plant experience, flower arrangement contests and other cultural events and performances are planned to add more joy to the flower festival.

Goyang Aram Nuri Arts Center (고양 아람누리)

Aram Nuri means "a grand and beautiful world" in Korean. Built with a vision to accomplish Renaissance in culture and art, Goyang Aram Nuri Arts Center houses four theaters, an art gallery and several other facilities.
The Aram Opera House is a four-story, horseshoe-shaped auditorium that holds 1,887 seats. Aram Concert Hall a rectangular hall that holds 1,449 seats. Saerasae Digital Theater is an experimental theater that allows free arrangement of 16 section floor panels that hold up to 300 seats. Norumok Outdoor Theater is an outdoor arena that can hold about 1,000 seats. Aram Art Gallery is an exhibition site with movable partitions. Aram Library manages special data and provides information on arts and culture. Aram Village, located at the entrance of the center, houses family restaurants and cafes. Aram Sun Plaza, home to four streets named Light, Water, Earth and Wind, is open to the general public.
