Opened in February 2014, Catholic Kwandong University International St. Mary’s Hospital is a university hospital closest to Incheon International Airport, the gateway to Korea.
The hospital has established a patient-centered care system convenient for both domestic and international patients, supported by an excellent medical team and cutting-edge medical equipment. Above all, inspired by the Catholic Church’s noble spirit of “Respect for Human Life,” all staff members care for patients as if they were our own family with the spirit of sacrifice.
This commitment has led the hospital to achieve the highest grade in evaluations for the four major cancers and to rank first among general hospitals nationwide in two patient experience assessments conducted since 2018.
To uphold the sanctity of life and fulfill its social responsibilities, International St. Mary’s Hospital operates the largest hospice and palliative care unit among university hospitals in Korea, with 29 beds dedicated to preserving the dignity and quality of life of patients. The hospital is also committed to ongoing social contributions, including providing medical support for the underprivileged, participating in domestic and international medical volunteer activities, conducting campaigns for pregnant women, and supporting medical care for students with severe multiple disabilities in collaboration with the local community.

Ilmi Dental Clinic is a specialized dental clinic for the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea.
With over 30 years of experience in implant and prosthetic treatments, Ilmi Dental Clinic has actively sought patient feedback and developed the Pasa device for preventing snoring and sleep apnea about 10 years ago. Since then, the Pasa device has been used in the treatment of snoring patients nationwide. Dr. Park Young-Hyun’s CT-based diagnostic method for identifying the causes of snoring and the personalized Pasa oral appliance therapy are exclusively available at Ilmi Dental Clinic.
Currently, apart from uncomfortable positive airway pressure machines, there are no other comfortable treatments for snoring. However, Ilmi Dental Clinic offers a solution to this problem. Additionally, dental treatments can be challenging for international patients who need multiple visits, but Ilmi Dental Clinic can provide effective treatment for snoring and sleep apnea in just one day at a reasonable price.

Deokpojin Museum of Education was established by Kim Dong-seon, an elementary school teacher, for his wife, Lee In-suk who lost her eye sight due to an accident while she was also an elementary school teacher. He decided to build the museum to cheer up his wife who was deeply depressed with the fact that she could no longer teach students. Through the husband's will to give his wife opportunities to teach children again, his dream to create hands-on educational programs not available in the ordinary school education system became a reality as well. The museum was finally opened in 1996 with materials collected by the couple, comprised of a music class taught with her pump organ and Mr. Kim's collection of various school materials such as a book wrapper, a nature textbook from 1960, nickel silver lunch boxes and more. These collections attracts many visitors, from kindergarteners to university students and even family visitors.
