La rue Haeparang-gil a été inaugurée par le ministère de la culture et de l'éducation physique, l'Office du tourisme coréen, un ensemble de 19 collectivités communales, etc. Il s'agit d'une des plus grandes rues du pays, so nom signifie 'la marche accompagnée du soleil de la mer de l'Est et de la mer'.
