La tour de Busan désormais dénommée 'Diamond Tower' est considérée comme un symbole de Busan. La tour a été inaugurée en 1973. La tour a été ouverte à nouveau le 15 décembre 2021 après des travaux de rénovation pour devenir un site touristique d'importance à Busan. En effet, la tour offre une vue panoramique magnifique de la ville, elle est à ce titre très réputée en soirée pour profiter des lumières de la ville. Située à Gwangbok-dong au coeur de Busan, cette rue est le paradis de la mode, l’art, la culture et le shopping. On la compare souvent au quartier Myeong-dong de Séoul. On y trouve des cafés et l'aquarium de Busan. La vue nocturne sur la ville depuis la Tour de Busan de 120 mètres de haut est à ne pas manquer.
On y trouve aussi la statue de l'amiral Lee Sunsin, un grand commandeur de la dynastie Joseon (1392-1910) et le monument de la révolution du 19.4, la révolte anti-gouvernementale estudiantine.
