Le cyclodrome de Changwon est le premier cyclodrome de Corée à ouvrir quelles que soient les conditions climatiques. Il y a généralement trois types de courses cyclistes : courses de vélodromes, courses sur route et MTB. Depuis les jeux olympiques de Sydney, les courses à vélo ont été désignées comme un évènement officiel des jeux olympiques, inclus dans le programme. Depuis Pungho-dong, suivez la route Haengam-ro sur 4 km et traversez la petite passe montagneuse, et vous arriverez au village de Suchi et à la plage éponyme. Niché dans les montagnes en face d’une mer paisible, le village de Suchi ne comptait autrefois qu’une poignée d’habitants. Recemment, la ville a connu une croissance fulgurante, et attire de nombreux visiteurs venus goûter au hoe (sashimi de poisson), spécialité du terroir servie fraîche tout au long de l’année.

Le village et la plage abritent de nombreux restaurants de hoe, hôtels et parkings . Il y a également beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans le village voisin de Happo, où l’amiral Yi Sun-shin (1545 – 1598) a remporté des victoires décisives contre la marine japonaise durant la guerre Imjin Waeran (1592 – 1598).
