L’Ile maritime Oedo est un jardin maritime botanique situé dans le parc national Hallyeo de Haesang proposant une vue superbe de la mer du sud. Le jardin a été inauguré il y a plus de 30 ans en tant que jardin privé avant de recouvrir la quasi totalité de l'île avec des parcelles de style occidental. Les visiteurs peuvent aussi profiter de chemins forestiers sur place, de diverses statues, etc. Des traces de dinosaures ont même été retrouvées sur place participant à la popularité du lieu. Oedo-Botania est uniquement accessible par ferry alors que l'île ne propose pas de commodités comme des hébergements.

Baek Man Seok specializes in sea squirt bibimbap, a specialty of Geojedo Island. When ordered, the rice comes in a separate bowl where you can mix in frozen sea squirts, seaweed, sesame salt powder, and sesame oil. Simply put the rice into the bowl to mix. The bibimbap may be a little bitter at first due to the sea squirt, but it soon becomes sweet as the fragrance of the sea squirts begins to fill the mouth. It is located next to the parking lot of Geoje prisoner-of-war camp and near Geoje City Hall.

Le camp de prisonniers du parc de Geojedo a été construit pour enfermer les prisonniers de guerre pendant la Guerre de Corée.
Sur un total de 170 000 prisonniers de guerre, 20 000 étaient chinois et 150 000 venaient de Corée du Nord.
Le camp a été fermé après la signature de l’armistice de 1953 qui a mis fin à la guerre. Des vestiges de la guerre tels que des chars, des camions et d’autres objets y sont exposés.
Le camp a été transformé en parc en 1997 pour s’assurer que la Guerre de Corée ne soit pas une guerre oubliée. La visite du parc dure environ une heure.

L’île de Jangsado est une petite île qui mesure 400 m de large et 1,9 km de long avec une altitude de 108 m. Cette petite île se situe à Majuk-ri, Hansan-myeon, Tongyeong-si, et ne comprend que 83 habitants, 14 maisons, une école et une petite église.
On compte environ100 000 arbres sur l'île avec de nombreuses variétés comme les camélias ou les magnolias. L’île est riche au niveau de sa flore avec ses plantes locales (orchidées Aerides, Dendrobium monile, etc) et au niveau de sa faune (oiseaux brèves fairy pitta, etc).
Le nom de l’île provient de sa forme allongée qui ressemble à celle d’un ver à soie (“jam” en caractère chinois signifie “ver à soie”).

Situé sur l’île de Geoje le parc national de Hallyeohaesang est célèbre pour ses très belles fleurs de Camélias qui fleurissent au printemps. Ce parc écologique a été fait à partir de matériaux régionaux pour préserver le cadre local. De nouveaux immeubles ont été construits tandis que la crêche ainsi que l’école ont été rénovées.

Sonanggo Pension is built on a 19,834m² area overlooking Jisepohang Port. The word “sonanggu” is a Gyeongsangnam-do vernacular for “pine tree." As the name suggests, there are lots of pine trees in the area. The pension consists of two log cabins and a yard, both of which are situated right in the middle of a pine grove. The owner of the pension built the buildings here so that guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the landscape of Jisepo Port, with the buildings facing south for sunlight. Two two-story buildings are built with logs and red clay, giving them a natural look and feel. The garden is full of flowers, trees, and wild flowers grown by the owner for over 17 years. The yard with stair steps is 6,611m² wide, and it mainly consists of pine trees and natural rocks. There are tables, low wooden bench, and traditional Korean lookout hut for the guests to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. The pension has a total of 10 guestrooms in two buildings named “Yanghandang" and “Hwasaengdang.” There are rooms of different sizes that can accommodate between two and eight people, so be sure to choose the right room to suit your needs when booking. All the guestrooms are furnished with modern kitchen and bathroom. In the yard are “Red Clay and Stone Plates” built with a traditional Korean floor heating system for those wishing to have a barbecue. You can also cook potatoes and Korean pancakes on the 4cm-thick stone plates heated by firewood.
