L'industrie végane, connue sous le nom de Vegenomics ou veganomics, s'inscrit dans l'ère de l'environnement où de nouveaux produits et services sont créés grâce à la fusion avec tous les secteurs. La plus grande exposition intégrée vegan et écologique d'Asie, la [Foire Vegenomics], a élargi son domaine jusqu'au secteur de la foodtech en collaboration avec l'Association des Technologies Alimentaires pour les Petites et Moyennes Entreprises(KFHTA).
Elle est composée de [Vegan Festa], une exposition de produits entièrement végétaux, de [Green Festa], une exposition de technologies et de styles de vie écologiques, et de [ESG Food Festa], qui englobe une industrie alimentaire durable et la foodtech. À l'occasion de sa 10e édition, [ESG Food Festa] sera organisée pour présenter des technologies alimentaires durables et des aliments écologiques sur une base végétale, élargissant ainsi les possibilités de réponse au changement climatique.
De plus, pour célébrer cet événement, afin d'accroître l'intérêt et la participation envers le véganisme, la gastronomie végétale et l'écologie et de dynamiser l'industrie, la politique de paiement à l'entrée sera abolie, et l'accès sera gratuit avec une préinscription. Cela permettra à tous de découvrir facilement la culture végétale et d'offrir aux clients potentiels une réelle opportunité de participation, afin d’élargir le public.
