Situé à Myeongdong, le Centre d'Arts de Namsan est un complexe culturel qui propose des représentations artistiques et les promeut au public. Etant un réaménagement du Namsan Drama Center, il fut ouvert en Juin 2009. Convenant à son image, le centre vante les designs artistiques.

Le Centre d'Arts de Namsan consiste en un Centre d'Art Dramatique (salle de spectacles) et un Centre d’Education Artistique. Le Centre d'Art Dramatique propose des représentations artistiques (centrées sur le genre moderne) par des artistes coréens et internationaux. Accueillant jusqu’à 480 visiteurs, la salle reçoit des festivals d’art (y compris le festival Jang), des pièces modernes, des évènements intellectuels, et des auditions. D’un autre côté, le Centre d’Education Artistique, propose des programmes d’éducation pour le public voulant apprécier l’art et la culture. Le centre est une place chère pour les artistes et le public.

Le Centre d'Animation de Séoul fut établi par la Municipalité de Séoul en mai 1999 avec comme objectif de fournir une aide complète à l'industrie de l'animation et du dessin animé de Corée. Le centre st géré par la Seoul Business Agency et mène diverses activités afin d'étendre la base de l'industrie des contenus culturels et la croissance de ce commerce. L'un des principaux complexes de ce centre, l'AniCinema, est un espace multiculturel pouvoir accueillir divers évènements. Son premier objectif est de faciliter l'approvisionnement de films d'animations domestiques aux cinémas et de développer la base des travaux animés en organisant de nombreux festivals promotionnels. La salle possède 179 sièges et des équipements dernier cri pour la projection d'animations numérique et analogique. Elle est également équipée d'un son 5.1 et d'un écran large afin d'augmenter le plaisir des séances.
