The Hanok Inn is a hotel-class traditional guesthouse in Sansu-dong, Gyeongju, Gyeongsangbuk-do, which consists of 4 separate buildings. The sarangchae - a two-story hanok with a hipped roof - contains a double room and a large family room, finished with red clay and hanji paper; both rooms have toilets. The annex building is a one-storey gable-roofed hanok with a raised wooden patio where guests can drink tea and relax. In the main building there’s a hanok experience room and a friendly cafe-restaurant where breakfast is served. The hanok’s back gate gives onto an alley leading to Hwangnidan-gil, Cheomseongdae Observatory, and the Daereungwon tomb complex; this alley is a favorite photo spot.

La Calle Hwangnidan-gil fue conocida originalmente como "Hwangnam Keungil", cerca de la calle Poseok-ro, barrio de Hwangnam-dong de Gyeongju. Su nombre proviene de la combinación de las calles Hwangnam-dong y Gyeongnidan en Itaewon, Seúl, por lo que vendría a significar "la Calle Gyeongnidan-gil de Hwangnam-dong". La calle alberga numerosos restaurantes, cafeterías, estudios fotográficos y tiendas ubicadas en edificios tradicionales hanok, lo que la ha hecho popular entre las generaciones más jóvenes de Corea. La calle también muestra una estética newtro debido a los edificios antiguos y deteriorados que aún se conservan, construidos durante las décadas de 1960 y 1970. The place looks like a small hanok village with 4 one-story buildings and 2 two-story buildings, constructed on about 5000㎡ of building site.
