El Cementerio Conmemorativo de las Naciones Unidas y el Parque de la Paz fueron fundados en honor a los soldados de la ONU de 16 países que fallecieron en batalla durante la Guerra de Corea de 1950-1953. Este sereno parque se extiende en una planicie de césped de 135.000 m². Entre los lugares para visitar se pueden nombrar el Hall de ritos conmemorativos, el Hall Memorabilia, 2 monumentos turcos, monumento griego, monumento austríaco, monumento británico Commonwealth, y dos estanques. El Hall de ritos conmemorativos y el Hall Memorabilia fueron construidos en 1964 y 1968 respectivamente. Los ciudadanos de Busan construyeron y donaron el portón principal en 1966. Aquí también se realizan varios eventos anualmente, entre los cuales en abril se realiza la ceremonia tributaria de los veteranos de la Guerra de Corea, en mayo, el día de la conmemoración de los caídos de la guerra (Estados Unidos), en junio, el día conmemorativo de los caidos de la guerra (Corea), y en octubre, el día de la ceremonia de la ONU.

Gwangalli SUP Zone es un espacio que pretende convertir a la playa Gwangalli de Busan en un centro importante de deportes acuáticos. Las aguas tranquilas de la playa Gwangalli son perfectas para montar el stand-up paddleboard, una especie de tabla de surf en la que se va de pie. Después de su designación oficial como "SUP Zone" (zona para stand-up paddleboard) en 2020, el área de 400 metros de la playa tiene bar de playa, reposeras, espacio para tomar fotos y mucho más. En la temporada alta de verano entre julio y agosto, quienes alquilen el equipamiento de deporte acuático pueden usar los parasoles y las camas para tomar sol de manera gratuita. También hay una divertida opción usando la aplicación para teléfonos móviles "Real World", con la que se puede jugar a un juego de escape (escape room) al aire libre.

Located in Gwangan 2-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, Halmae (meaning "grandmother" in Busan dialect) Jaecheopguk has a long history of selling jaecheopguk (clear shellfish soup) made with jaecheop, or shellfish, caught from the nearby Gupo area to people who sought refuge in Busan during the Korean War.

Each bowl of cool tasting broth has abundant amounts of jaecheop. Jaecheop has long been widely used as an ingredient to help in relieving hangover symptoms.
