Sanggwan Village, located at the foot of Ansimsan Mountain at Sora-myeon, Yeosu-si, is the first hanok (traditional Korean house) village in Yeosu and one of Jeollanam-do’s Happiness Village. All rooms in Yeosu Hanok Experience Center are furnished with ondol (under-the-floor heating system) and red clay-lined walls for a healthy stay. The house can only be rented as a whole, containing a bedroom, two ondol rooms, a living room, and two restrooms. The house has a building area of 112 m2, with standard occupancy of 10 and the maximum occupancy of 15. Each additional guest above standard occupancy carries a surcharge of KRW 10,000, with exemptions for guests under 7 years of age. All rooms are furnished with toiletries and hair dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, and electric kettle. There is a separate barbecue area, with complimentary grill and charcoal available for renting. The grass lawn has a raised open floor and a 7 m-deep well.
Experience programs on offer include traditional games like yunnori (traditional Korean board game), neolttwigi (Korean seesaw), and kite flying, and injeolmi (bean-powder-coated rice cake) making. Guests who wish to take part in the latter must place a reservation at least one week in advance. Free pickup service is offered for Yeosu Airport and Yeosu Bus Terminal. Guests must notify the accommodations at least one hour before arrival. Nearby attractions include The Ocean Resort Waterpark, Yeosu Soho Marina, and Soho Dongdong Bridge.

Aldea Gacheon Daraengi (가천 다랭이마을)

La Aldea Gacheon Daraengi es un pueblo muy famoso por su cultivo de arroz en forma de escalera, en la ladera del monte Seolheulsan, ubicado cerca de la costa. Por situarse al sur de la península, presenta siempre un clima cálido y es el primer lugar de Corea que pone en venta hortalizas y hierbas primaverales como espinaca y ssuk (artemisia vulgaris).

La mayoría de sus cosechas son orgánicas gracias a la brisas del mar y cada primavera se celebra el Festival del Arrozal de Daraengi. En este se presentan muchas actividades relacionadas con el cultivo de arroz, las cuales permiten a los niños aprender sobre la cultura tradicional de Corea y conocer la naturaleza peculiar de esta región.

Namhae Beach Hotel is a white building located right in front of the beautiful natural landscape of Dugok and Wolpo Beach in Namhae, Gyeongsangnam-do. All the guestrooms are facing the beach. There are two types of guestrooms: hotel-style rooms and pension-style rooms. Pension-style rooms are furnished with a kitchen. Aeropuerto de Yeosu (여수공항)

El Aeropuerto de Yeosu es la puerta de entrada a la ciudad de Yeosu y a la costa del Mar del Sur (Namhae), con sus bellos paisajes y su producción pesquera. El aeropuerto abrió en 1972, cuando Korean Air lanzó una nueva ruta aérea entre Seúl y Yeosu, y en 1977 fue añadida la línea entre Yeosu y Jeju. El vuelo desde Seúl toma 1 hora, mientras que desde Jeju, 45 minutos. El aeropuerto fue renovado en 2004 y al año siguiente se abrió un nuevo edificio para pasajeros. Yeosu albergó en 2012 la Expo Internacional y actualmente continúa expandiendo sus instalaciones para atención a los turistas.

Playa Bangjukpo (방죽포해변)

En la costa este de la isla Dolsando se encuentra esta playa de tranquilas aguas con olas suaves que bañan la brillante arena dorada. Cerca hay un espeso pinar, donde algunos de los árboles tienen una antigüedad de 200 años. Gracias a la gran cantidad de rocas que hay cerca del mar, se trata de un sitio ideal para la pesca. La playa también es un lugar popular para ver el amanecer. Además, se encuentra en el camino que va hacia la ermita Hyangiram, una de las cuatro ermitas coreanas que los seguidores del budismo visitan para rezar.

Aldea Dumo (두모마을)

La Aldea Dumo se convirtió en atracción turística a partir del año 2005 cuando fue nombrada como Aldea de Experiencias Agrícolas Verdes, y en 2008, como Aldea Ecológica Destacada. Los campos que rodean el caserío se tiñen de dorado con las flores de colza en primavera, y a principios de otoño pueden verse las flores blanquecinas de alforfón. Los turistas pueden dar relajantes paseos a pie por los campos y sentir el aroma del mar. Hay actividades tanto agrícolas como acuáticas. El espacio Dumo Water Playground cuenta con áreas de acampe y diversas instalaciones que permiten hacer buceo poco profundo (snorkeling), paseos en kayak o en botes banana.

Boston Motel

Boston Motel is located in Gwangyang, the southernmost region of the Korean Peninsula where spring comes first.
