La Estación de Yeosu Expo es la parada final de la línea de tren Jeolla, y fue inaugurada el 25 de diciembre de 1930. Cuando hablamos de Yeosu, se destaca la isla Odongdo, famosa por las camelias. El aparcamiento de la isla se encuentra a 10 minutos del centro la ciudad en coche. Caminando unos 15 minutos, llegará al destino. Originalmente una isla, ahora los visitantes pueden caminar por los muelles del Puerto de Yeosu hasta Odongdo. Aquí florecen 70 especies de flores silvestres, y una colina conmemora la plantación del primer árbol, justo al lado de un vasto y verde prado que resulta un lugar ideal para la educación ecológica. La isla Odongdo es uno de los mejores lugares para observar camelias. Estas comienzan a florecer en noviembre, y el color de toda la isla cambia a un bonito escarlata hasta abril del año siguiente. De hecho, durante estos meses toda la isla parece una gran flor de camelia. El paseo que cruza la isla es muy popular para paseos románticos.
