Arirang House serves delicious Korean cuisine in an elegant style. The food is carefully prepared by 11 chefs, including the chef who has thirty years of experience. Yeongmi Oritang has been serving up duck stew (oritang) to the community for over 80 years. Made with ground perilla seeds, soybean paste, chili powder, garlic, and other carefully selected ingredients, the duck is boiled in an earthen pot and seasoned with ginseng, jujube, and water parsley to suit each customer's individual tastes. The dish is served with kimchi side dishes, which are said to enhance the flavor of the duck meat. El Complejo Recreativo del Monte Jisan fue reabierto al público en diciembre de 2016 junto al monorraíl, a 11 años de su cierre. El movimiento característico del monorraíl que recorre una sola vía hace estremecer a los pasajeros. Al subir al monorraíl, se puede ver a primera vista el panorama de la urbe de Gwangju y la cima del monte Mudeungsan. El monorraíl parte desde la mitad del monte, a 50 metros del destino final de la telesilla, y hace el recorrido de ida y vuelta hacia la cima del monte del Complejo Recreativo del Monte Jisan, donde se encuentra el pabellón Palgakjeong. Desde su reapertura, se hizo popular entre la generación joven a través de redes sociales y recomendaciones como una instalación recreativa peculiar del monte Mudeungsan de Gwangju.

Yeoro is a hanok guesthouse in a quiet residential part of Sansu-dong, Gwangju, Jeollanam-do. The guesthouse has four ondol rooms, all equipped with a toilet and refrigerator. There is a shared washing machine (free of charge) in an outside bathroom. For breakfast, home-made sweet pumpkin porridge is served. La Aerosilla y el Monorraíl del Monte Mudeungsan se encuentran dentro del Área Recreativa Jisan en la ciudad de Gwangju. Para acceder a las instalaciones, hay que comprar el billete en la taquilla del primer piso y luego subir al segundo piso para abordar la aerosilla. El viaje hasta la Estacion de Bitgoeul dura unos 20 min y ofrece hermosas vistas del monte Mudeungsan durante todo el camino.
