Largo Ville Wave House is a hotel-type accommodation recently opened in 2014 in the largo ville resort district of the Ganghwado, Incheon. There are two buildings, Wave House and Garden House, with six types of rooms including Superior, Premier, Standard, and Suites. Compared to the largo ville resort with kitchenette, the Wave House is characterized by cozier interior which renders itself more suitable for couples rather than families. Ganghwa Armiae World es un parque temático con la artemisa como temática principal. La artemisa de Ganghwado es conocida por sus grandes efectos medicinales. Fortaleza Munsusanseong de Gimpo (김포 문수산성)

Fue construida en el año 1694, a los 20 años del reinado de Sukjong, 19º rey de Joseon, con el objetivo de impedir el ingreso de los enemigos por el mar y para proteger la isla Ganghwa-do. La fortaleza tiene un largo de 6 km, de los cuales 4 km siguen sin restaurarse. Presenta un paisaje natural magnífico, porque desde la cima de la fortaleza podrá llegar a observar Corea del Norte, el monte Samgaksan por detrás de la muelle del río Hangang y hasta las costas del mar cerca de Incheon.

Playa Sugi (수기해변)

Es una playa que se encuentra ubicada en la isla Sido, en el distrito Ongjin-gun de la ciudad de Incheon. Es una playa muy visitada por los ciudadanos de Seúl y de las zonas cercanas, por su distancia corta. Sido, es una pequeña isla de 2,4 ㎢ de superficie, localizada entre las islas Yeongjongdo y Ganghwado. La playa de Sugi de esta isla es muy frecuentada por los turistas, porque a diferencia de otras playas veraniegas, tiene un coste económico. En especial, la otra gran atracción de esta playa es el escenario de la telenovela “Full House (Casa Llena)” de la KBS. Las islas de Sido, Sindo y Modo se encuentran conectadas por puentes, por lo que podrá recorrer las tres islas en automóvil o caminando.

La fortaleza Gapgot fue construida en el año 1679 para proteger Ganghwa de las invasiones. Una localización estratégica del reino Goryeo que ha sufrido varias invasiones por parte de las tropas mongolas, entre los años 1232 y 1270. Los ocho cañones que se colocaron en su momento siguen expuestos en el lugar.
