Korean Folk Village introduces traditional culture from the late Joseon period to both local and international visitors through cultural classes experience, shaman faith, seasonal customs and others. It recreated the past through the restoration of houses from the Joseon dynasty.
Performances including folk music, martial arts on horseback, traditional wedding ceremony, and other special performances and events are available by season. In particular, "Welcome to Joseon," an event held every May, takes visitors back to the past. In addition, a family-friendly theme park equipped with 15 exciting attractions is also available. Gang Seonyeong, who devoted a lifetime to traditional dance, built the Taepyeongmu Instruction Hall at her own expense in 1998 in her hometown of Anseong for the proper initiation into, and the preservation of traditional dance. Taepyeongmu dance is a traditional court dance that embodies the continuing hope for the nation to exist in peace. The dancers are adorned in magnificent regal costumes and execute enthusiastic movements, alternating steps while in serene repose. The center has a large performance hall with dance performances every Saturday and a museum displaying Taepyeongmu dance-related materials and folk articles from around the world.

Samsung Transportation Museum, the nation’s first automobile museum, is located near Everland. It serves as a children’s traffic safety learning space.
