Lafesta is a shopping mall located in the center of Ilsan's pedestrian-friendly business district. It was the first mall-type shopping space in Korea, spread over a large area. The mall is divided into six separate buildings over a 300-meter-long avenue, with each block having its own bright and vibrant design. The mall has everything from beauty shops to a food court to an eight-theater cinema. There is also a cultural space suitable to live concerts and large performances.

Ilsan Lake Park spans over 991,800 square meters, making it one of the largest man-made parks in Asia. The large fresh water lake is well-managed to remain clean.
