The specialty of this restaurant is Yang Gui (roasted lamb), which is roasted first, seasoned then re-roasted again.

The owner takes pride in offering sauces that eliminates the sometimes discerning scent of the lamb.

The menu includes ‘chamgetang’ (a kind of soup made of crabs) and ‘euneo hoe’ (sliced raw sweet fish).
Be sure to try the herbal teas served after the meal.
Hyeseong Sikdang is also equipped with lodging facilities.

Gulttukchon is famous for Daenamubap. It is steamed rice in bamboo stalk with 12 kinds of grains, cooked for 70 min. The bamboo sap makes Daenamubap good for the elimination of waste from the system. A large parking lot is available in front of the restaurant and inside is well-decorated with bamboo and yellow earth. Grilled duck is another delicious reason to visit this place and the dessert, pumpkin tea, is sweet. All employees wear Gaeryang Hanbok (Western style-Hanbok) and welcome the customers at the gate of the restaurant heartily.
