Le centre artistique a ouvert ses portes au public le 6 novembre 2010 après deux ans et quatre mois de construction, qui a commencé le 14 avril 2008. Se dressant sur un terrain d’une surface de 27 925 m², le bâtiment de cinq étages possède également deux étages inférieurs (soit l’équivalent de 13 étages en hauteur), sur une surface de 21 232 m² et équipé des derniers équipements (tels que les scènes tournantes).

Les équipements principaux incluent une grande et une petite salle de spectacle, une salle d’exposition, une scène en extérieur, une salle de conférence, une salle de séminaire et une librairie de jouet où une large gamme de programmes éducatifs et participatifs sont organisés.

Nadeul Hanok was opened in 2018 with brand-new facilities, in a location just a minute’s walk from Cheomseongdae Observatory in Gyeongju. You can feel a sense of healing in nature in the traditional style house, built in environment-friendly construction method with wood and earth. The ‘ㄷ’-shaped building creates a snug atmosphere and the hipped-and-gable roof and the curves of the roof tile show the traditional quiet and still flavor of a traditional Korean house. There are 7 rooms in Nadeul Hanok. Among them, the Garam, Gayeon, and Nuri Rooms are offered at 50,000 won for 2 persons during off-season so that visitors can enjoy staying in a traditional Korean house at more affordable prices. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom for better convenience and there is an individual thermostat all year round. Complimentary breakfast made of healthy convenience food is offered to all guests. The menu is composed of barley bread, fruit, coffee, juice, boiled egg, and biscuit, and is subject to change according to situation. What is good is that the breakfast can be delivered to the room if the delivery time is requested during breakfast time, which is from 8 to 9 AM. It is possible to look around the tourist attractions near Nadeul Hanok on foot. In addition, there are CVs, fast food shops, bike rental shops, and hanbok rental shops adjacent to Nadeul Hanok, enabling a more convenient and joyful tour.

Tombe Royale de Muyeol (경주 무열왕릉, 태종무열왕릉비)

Il s’agit du Tombeau Royal du Roi Myeol, le 29ème de la Dynastie Silla (654-661). C’est le roi qui allia ses forces avec celles de la Dynastie chinoise des Tang et qui unifia la péninsule coréenne. Des pierres naturelles furent entassées au pied de celui-ci et elles demeurent enterrées. Le monument de pierre n’est plus, laissant seulement la stèle de base en forme de tortue et la pierre tombale sculptée selon un dragon. Gravée en relief, l’inscription “Taejongmuyeolwangneungbi” indique le propriétaire du monument.
 

Gare de Gyeongju (경주역)

As a traditional Korean guesthouse with modern facilities but with some traditional features of a Korean house such as wooden floor and ceramic tiled roof intact, Soseoljae is located next to Cheomseongdae in Gyeongju. It also has an old well in the garden. Each guestroom is furnished with bathroom and air conditioner for the convenience of the guests. The single-story guesthouse has a total of 11 rooms that can accommodate 2-4 people depending on the size of the room. The two-story stand-alone guesthouse located right next to the main gate can accommodate six, and it has a small tea room. The guesthouse has a cafe at the entrance. Ce festival culturel célèbre la culture et l’histoire de la Dynastie Silla ayant régné de -57 à 935. Il se situe à Gyeongju, ancienne capitale de cette dynastie pendant presque 1000 ans. Cette ville est actuellement un site historique et touristique majeur de la Corée.
Le festival uni les habitants et créé une atmosphère active à travers des programmes comme le gâteau de riz de Gyeongju et le festival des boissons traditionnelles.

Wiyeonjae Hanok Stay [Korea Quality] / 위연재 [한국관광 품질인증/Korea Quality]

This hanok (traditional Korean house) is located very near to Cheomseongdae Observatory. Its location in front of the Gyeongju Historic Areas allows guests to reach major sights in Gyeongju like Daereungwon Ancient Tomb Complex, Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, and Hwangnidan-gil Street by foot. This hanok symbolizes the historicity of the city of Gyeongju in that during its construction a female skeleton and accessories made out of precious metals were excavated from the site. The accommodation’s name comes from the idiom “Muwijayeon (leaving nature as it is),” combining bamboo and pine trees with green grass, show its dedication to ideals of rest and philosophy.
There are five rooms in total, all ondol (under-the-floor heating system) rooms for two. Korean paper lining the walls and old-fashioned furniture speak to the ideal beauty of hanok. The raised floor space, which is attached to the “Munmu” room, is a great place to enjoy the scenery and take pictures. All rooms have modern bathrooms with shower facilities, and a complimentary breakfast is served in the cafe on site from 8:00 to 9:00 in the morning. The complex has abundant parking spaces for the guests.

Capitale millénaire du royaume de Silla, la ville de Gyeongju regorge de monuments historiques inscrits au patrimoine culturel mondial de l’UNESCO. Il suffit d’y creuser la terre pour y trouver des reliques de la période Silla. Le parc Hwangseong est l’endroit rêvé pour se reposer au milieu d’une longue promenade d’exploration historique. Situé au nord de Gyeongju, le parc Hwangseong était autrefois utilisé comme terrain d’entraînement par les hwarang (guerriers bouddhistes). Le parc, entièrement entouré par les bois, abrite un terrain de sport public, la pagoce Chunghon, une statue du générale Kim Yu-shin de 16 m de haut et d’une stèle d’un poème. Le festival culturel de Silla y est organisé tous les deux ans au début du mois d’octobre.
