Le site d’enfouissement de Sudokwon, le plus grand du genre, a été évalué par l’OCDE en 2006 comme étant le site d’enfouissement le mieux géré au monde. En partenariat avec le Ministère de l’environnement et la Compagnie d’administration du site d’enfouissement de Sudokwon, la fondation culturelle de Dream Park a fait de ce terrain d’enfouissement l’un des plus beaux sites d’éco-tourisme du monde. La fondation organise le festival des chrysanthèmes et autres fleurs sauvages où les visiteurs peuvent admirer de magnifiques fleurs cultivées avec les gaz des déchets enfouis.
