Es una de las edificiaciones más antiguas de la isla de Jeju. Es el Tesoro Nacional Nº 322, y fue construido a los 30 años del reinado de Sejong (año 1448), con el objeto de entrenar a los soldados. Su nombre significa "Un arquero se debe esforzar para tener una mentalidad sana y cultivar la virtud". El pabellón está decorado con obras famosas de poetas célebres.
