Stone ice storage was a type of building used to store ice in the past. Some of them are preserved today in Korea, including Gyeongju, Andong, and Cheongdo in the Gyeongsang-do area. The Cheongdo Stone Ice Storage was constructed during the Joseon dynasty, and now just part of the ceiling remains, allowing visitors to see inside.
As a building used to store ice, it was built in the form of a warehouse dug into the ground. While looking around and observing the interior is possible, visitors may not enter the icehouse for safety reasons. At night, there are lights on around the ice storage, which makes viewing possible at anytime. It is located across from Cheongdoeupseong Walled Town, making it a good stop when visiting.

Kim Kwangseok-gil Street is a mural street near Bangcheon Market in the neighborhood where musician Kim Kwang-seok used to live prior to his passing. The 350 meter-long wall has statues and murals depicting his life and music. Every autumn, the area of Bangcheon Market and Dongseongno hosts a “Kim Kwang-seok Singing Contest” in his memory.

It's a cafe built on the first floor of an old house that gives the sense of being transported back to the 1970s and 1980s when one steps inside. The tables and chairs are made from wood that appears to have aged well, and in a corner, a display of retro-concept tea sets, glasses, and candle holders catches the eye.
The signature drinks are Esuppänner and La La Land. Esupänner is a coffee drink with espresso, roasted grain powder (glutinous rice, barley rice, etc.), and topped with cream. La La Land is a lemon and grapefruit tea inspired by the movie "La La Land (2016)," boasting mysterious colors of purple and yellow. Tea, juice, and smoothies are also available, as well as brownies and scones for dessert. It is located near Cheongdoeupseong Walled Town, so it is an excellent place to stop by on the way.

Old Guam Seowon is a traditional Korean guesthouse located between Dongseong-ro and Seomun Market in Daegu. With land area of 2,300㎡, it has a total of six guestrooms, a shared living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Established in December 1921, the Gyonam YMCA Hall served as a gateway to the modern movement in Daegu. During the Japanese colonial period, it was a meeting place and a base for Christian national movements such as the Product Promotion Movement, the Christian Rural Movement, and the Singanhoe Movement. This hall is a two-story red brick building built by the American missionary Blair in 1914. It retains the characteristics of the 1910s and '20s masonry construction, such as decorating the first and second floors with cornices and securing a square window with arches. In the early days, it was used as a place for students' education, evening classes, and lectures.
