Kalbongsan Recreational Forest is located between Gyeongbangyegok Valley, famous for Surakpokpo Falls, and Yongchugyegok Valley, famous for Yongchupokpo Falls. Village 736 is a self-contained private pension situated in Hongcheon, Gangwon-dong, with breathtaking views of Geumhaksan Mountain in back, Hongcheongang River in front, and the foothills of Soeppulbong Peak in the distance. Apart from the family guest building, which is a private pension on the first floor, all of the buildings have a three-story structure, with a kitchen and an outdoor deck on the first floor, a living room and a bathtub on the second floor, and a bedroom on the third floor.
