Visitors can participate in live auctions at a ship for fresh seafood and enjoy the ocean view while grilling their purchases at the cooking station. Monkfish is a type of fish known for its tender and chewy texture and in Korea it is often cooked by braising. Monkfish, bean sprouts, and other vegetables are stir-fried with red chili paste-based sauce, creating a dish that brings alive the tender texture of the monkfish and the crunchiness of the vegetables. What elevates this restaurant above the others is their sauce. Dip the fish into a sauce made with chili pepper powder and it will open doors to a new world of flavor and taste.
