Seoul Trail is a walking trail that encompasses the entire city of Seoul, with a total length of 157km and 8 courses. It weaves together the history, culture, and natural ecology of Seoul through various stories. The 1st course is a gentle path from Suraksan Mountain to Buramsan Mountain, covering 18.6km and taking approximately 8 hours and 10 minutes. This trekking course around Buramsan Mountain passes through Iris Garden, Deongneung-gogae, Information Center, Taereung Royal Tomb, Suamsa Temple, and Hakdoam Temple.

Dream Forest, previously known as Odong Neighborhood Park, is located in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul. The park is surrounded by cherry blossom trees, and the northern section is filled with maple trees, making the park especially attractive in spring and fall. The Changnyeongwigung Ritual House (Registered Cultural Heritage) has been restored with traditional landscaping such as a pond, pavilion and waterfall created nearby to double the genuine beauty of a traditional Korean park. Bonghwasan Mountain (alt. 160 meters) in Jungnang-gu, Seoul offers scenic views of Buramsan, Dobongsan, and Namsan mountains. From the mountain, hikers can even see as far as the Yangju area of Gyeonggi-do Province to the north. Officially designated a “neighborhood park” in July 1977, Bonghwasan Mountain has a variety of convenience facilities, not least of which is the beacon tower of Achasan Bongsudae (remolded in 1994) perched on the mountain summit. Also near the summit is Sansingak Shrine, which is the site of the annual Bonghwasan Dodanggut (Intangible Cultural Property of Seoul), a shamanistic rite performed on the third day of the third lunar month.
