El Complejo Turístico Bomun de Gyeongju es un distrito de turismo internacional de Gyeongju, que se conforma alrededor del lago Bomun. Se sitúa a 6 km al este del microcentro de Gyeongju. La dimensión del área es de 19,38 km², y fue clasificada como un distrito especial de spa y turismo. Es un complejo turístico completo que abrió sus puertas en abril de 1979. A la entrada, las corrientes de agua fluyen desde el lago Deokdong, impulsando el molino de agua, y corren en una cascada artificial de 12 m de altura.

Los petroglifos se refieren a las pinturas en las que los objetos y los símbolos están tallados y coloreados en rocas, enormes acantilados y paredes de cuevas. Algunas de estas pinturas son de la época del Paleolítico tardío, pero en su mayoría se ven desde la Nueva Edad de Piedra, la Era del Neolítico y la Edad del Bronce. La parte superior de la roca muestra varios animales, incluidos los ciervos y la parte inferior de la roca tiene escritos y dibujos de humanos y animales realizados a lápiz. En cuanto a la parte superior, se cree que se hizo a lo largo de la Nueva Edad de Piedra y la Edad del Bronce para expresar la conciencia de abundancia. Por otro lado, se cree que la parte inferior de la roca con caballos, dragones, ciervos y 300 escritos fue pintada por habitantes del reino de Silla.
