Located on a coastal cliff in Jeongdongjin, a tourist destination known for having the best view of the sunrise in Korea, Sun Cruise Hotel & Condo is the world’s first on-land cruise themed resort.

Opened in 2002, the resort offers year-round luxurious accommodations. The hotel really is a specially designed cruise ship on land. It is 165 meters in length, 45 meters in x_height, and 30,000 tons in weight. The Sun Cruise has 211 rooms, both condominium and hotel style, a Western and a Korean restaurant, revolving sky lounge, a night club, a karaoke, and sea water pool. It also offers six state-of-the-art function rooms for seminars and workshops.

La cascada Guryong está formada por 9 saltos de agua de diferente tamaño, que en total suman una dimensión de 3 km de longitud, ubicados en el valle Sogeumgang de Cheonghak-dong. El nombre “Guryong”, significa 9 dragones (“gu” significa 9, y “ryong” dragón), por lo que en la antigüedad se creía que cada cascada estaba habitada por un dragón. En particular, el mejor espectáculo es el salto Nº 6, ya que presenta una elegancia y tranquilidad peculiar. A 2 km de distancia de la cascada se encuentra una gran roca que recibe varios nombres diferentes por su aspecto distinguido, como Roca Gigante, Roca Candelero, etc.

The restaurant opened in 1999 with 76 seats, but after it was remodeled in 2008, the number of seats was increased to 126, among which 40 are Western style seating to accommodate the needs of international guests and elderly people.
