En una superficie inmensa, de 9.157.066 m², el parque se encuentra dentro de un ambiente natural espléndido y puro, cuenta con establecimientos culturales de diversión y educativos para todas las edades. Entre las instalaciones anexas están: el zoológico, que cuenta con más de 2.975 ejemplares de animales, que se encuentran bajo la protección y cuidado de la entidad; el jardín botánico, que posee plantas, flores, y árboles de una infinita variedad de especies; el Museo Nacional de Arte Contemporáneo, que reúne las obras artísticas de la actualidad; el Mundo de la Informática, considerada como la meca de la tecnología de la información de alta velocidad del siglo XXI; el parque Seoulland, que fue la vanguardia de la cultura recreativa del país, entre otras instalaciones que en su conjunto forman un gran complejo temático de entretenimiento y educación.
