Cuando llega la hora del retiro de las aguas del mar, un camino secreto se revela permitiendo cruzar el mar hasta la isla a pie.

Isla Muuido (무의도)

La isla Muuido se encuentra ubicada en el distrito Jung-gu de la ciudad metropolitana de Incheon. A pesar de que la distancia desde tierra no es larga, se podrá llegar únicamente en barco. En las cercanías se sitúan varias islas, Somuuido y Silmido. Esta última es famosa por ser el lugar de rodaje de la película “Silmido”, y se puede acceder desde la isla Muuido, solo cuando el mar se separa y abre el camino para poder cruzar. La isla consta de dos playas famosas, Hanagae y la playa privada de Silmi. En especial, durante la hora en que el mar se separa, podrá llegar caminando desde la playa Silmi hasta la isla de Silmido. Además, en la playa Hanagae, también podrá disfrutar del senderismo, por el monte Horyonggoksan, el pico Guksabong, etc., entre otras rutas.

* Playa Silmi
La playa de arena con 2 km de dimensión, es curvada con forma de luna creciente. Por detrás de la playa se presenta el paisaje forestal formado por pinos viejos que tienen más de 100 años de antigüedad. En particular, cuando baja la marea, en los bancos de guijarros, que se encuentran entre la playa de Silmi y la isla de Silmido, siguen habitando pulpos y diferentes especies de moluscos, por lo cual, queda demostrado que se trata de un entorno natural y puro. Además, en las áreas del bosque de pinos, se encuentran las zonas para acampar, y, en la isla de Silmido, podrá conocer el escenario de rodaje de la película “Silmido”, aunque hoy en día solo podrá ver los alrededores, porque la edificación se ha derrumbado.

* Playa Hanagae
En este lugar está el banco de guijarros más grande de la isla, y podrá llegar en 10 min desde el muelle, en vehículo propio. Frente a la playa de arena clara, se despliega el mar. En días despejados, tiene una vista espectacular, ya que desde la playa podrá llegar a observar hasta Jangsangot, de la provincia Hwanghaedo, en Corea del Norte. Alojándose en alguna cabaña cerca del mar, podrá vivir una experiencia nueva. En especial, como se encuentra instalado el escenario de rodaje de la telenovela “Escalera al cielo”, protagonizada por los famosos actores Kwon Sang-woo y Choi Ji-woo, está siendo frecuentada por muchos turistas.
