Es una playa que se encuentra ubicada en la isla Sido, en el distrito Ongjin-gun de la ciudad de Incheon. Es una playa muy visitada por los ciudadanos de Seúl y de las zonas cercanas, por su distancia corta. Sido, es una pequeña isla de 2,4 ㎢ de superficie, localizada entre las islas Yeongjongdo y Ganghwado. La playa de Sugi de esta isla es muy frecuentada por los turistas, porque a diferencia de otras playas veraniegas, tiene un coste económico. En especial, la otra gran atracción de esta playa es el escenario de la telenovela “Full House (Casa Llena)” de la KBS. Las islas de Sido, Sindo y Modo se encuentran conectadas por puentes, por lo que podrá recorrer las tres islas en automóvil o caminando.

Playa Dongmak de Ganghwa (강화 동막해변)

La atracción principal del camino de la costa es la línea de playa Dongmak que conecta Janghwa-ri, en la aldea de Hwado-myeon (localizada en el sur de la isla Ganghwa-do), con Dongmak-ri. Los visitantes pueden disfrutar cómodamente de la puesta de sol después de aparcar los coches al lado de la carretera o en el aparcamiento cerca de los restaurantes. Otro punto ideal para disfrutar de la puesta de sol es la zona elevada de Buno-ri. En la isla Seokmodo, los mejores puntos son la playa Minmeoru y el puerto Janggu Neomeo. La playa de la isla tiene una forma de arco, y cuando la marea se adentra aparece una vasta zona llena de todo tipo de animales marinos como almejas, cangrejos y muchos más, convirtiéndolo en un lugar excelente para los niños.

Altar Chamseongdan en Ganghwa (강화 참성단)

Fue el lugar sagrado en donde Dangun (personaje legendario, fundador del Reino Gojoseon), ofrecía sacrificios para el Dios del Cielo. Es un altar de piedra, con la base circular, y la parte superior cuadrada. El altar fue restaurado y reparado a lo largo de varias épocas de la historia, en el 11º año del rey Wonjong de Goryeo (1270), a los 17 años de reinado de Injo de Joseon (1639), y al 26º año del reinado de Sukjong (1700).

En la actualidad, se realiza en este lugar la representación del ritual de Dangun, en el Día de la Fundación Nacional de cada año. Además, la antorcha que se presenta en el campeonato nacional deportivo, es encendida en este altar y trasladada hasta el estadio deportivo. En particular, también la antorcha que iluminó los Juegos Paralímpicos de 1988 comenzó su andadura en este altar.
