Jinjamhyanggyo Confucian School was established to enshrine and orient the ancestral tablet of excellent classical scholars in 1405 (the 5th year of King Taejong's reign) and to educate people. Sikjangsan Cultural Park is an ecological park that continues from Secheon Park to Sikjangsan Sunrise Observatory. A traditional tower built inside the cultural park adds a sense of classical dignity. An observatory from which the entire city can be seen in a single view is also located here.
