Konjiam Resort is 4 kilometers and 40 minutes away from Gonjiam IC and Gangnam respectively, which is the most attractive feature of this ski resort. It is comprised of large-scale ski slopes, condominiums, a spa, botanical garden and other subsidiary facilities as a multi-complex premium resort.
Its slopes are designed widely for beginner, intermediate-skiers, and snowboarders. In particular, three lifts connecting to the top of the ski slopes as well as a 1.8 kilometer-long slope for beginners and intermediate skiers are loved by visitors. To hold an international competition, the resort worked hard to earn certificates from International Ski Federation (FIS) for four slopes out of nine total.

Hwadam Botanic Garden is an eco-friendly arboretum located within Konjiam Resort in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do, a 40-minute drive away from Seoul. In an effort to revive the country's forest ecosystem, LG Evergreen Foundation brought in approximately 4,300 types of exquisite and domestic plants to form a forest park divided into 17 themes. "Hwadam" can be translated into "friendly communication," a name given to the forest in hopes that the area serves as means for people to communicate with nature. While the forest is designed to offer an environmentally friendly atmosphere to humans, the ecosystem and habitats of the forest are well-preserved, serving as a home to many living species.

Locaed in Iui-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon Museum has one basement floor and two above-ground floors, spanning over an area of 6,535 ㎡. Suwon Museum consists of two main exhibition halls, Suwon Museum of History and Calligraphy Museum of Korea, showcasing approximately 48,000 relics, and a planned exhibition hall for special occasions and exhibitions.

Suwon Museum of History recreates a scene of Yeongdong Market Street during the1960s. Children can learn and get secondhand experience of what Suwon was like in the past while adult visitors can reminisce the old times.

Calligraphy Museum of Korea is the first calligraphy museum built by a local government. The museum houses Korea's significant calligraphy works. Exhibited collections include geumseokmun (metal writing), beopseo (calligraphic specimen of renowned artists of the past), works of renowned calligraphers during the Joseon dynasty, eopil (the writings of Kings), seogan (letters), works of renowned contemporary calligraphers, and more. Also, a planned exhibition hall holds exhibitions with specific themes every year.
