Jeju Island is where the cherry blossoms bloom the earliest in Korea. Jeju is also renowned for its native king cherry blossoms that can be seen all over the island. The Jeju Cherry Blossom Festival takes place every year to celebrate the beauty of the island's king cherry blossoms. The petals of king cherry blossoms are the largest and most luxurious among all cherry blossoms.
