En ce moment, travaux de rénovation sont en cours pour réinventer le démodé environnement de marché pour faire une expérience shopping en mise à jour qui conserve encore le charme inné de la region. En 2004, Hansol Donguibogam est construit et ouvert à l'endroit où le grand magasin Midopa était se tenir. Hanbang Cheonha, Donguibogam Tower-Tel et d'autres domaines sont en rénovations.
