L'îlot Seorae-seom se trouve dans le parc de Banpo Hangang. Il se situe entre le pont Banpodaegyo et le pont Dongjakdaegyo. C'est un îlot artificiel qui a été formé entre 1982 et 1986 pendant la construction de l'autoroute Olympicdaero et du développement global de la rivière Han.
