Geek Live House is one of the most popular live clubs in Hongdae (Hongik University) area, famous for clubs in Korea. It opened in February 2003 by professional musicians as a venue that focuses on music performances as opposed to dance. The club has state-of-the-art stage, lighting, and audio equipments and is one of the best places in the area to enjoy performances by your favorite music professionals as well as see some of the up-and-coming talents. The club can house over 150 visitors (seats and standing room) and hosts 3-4 live performances each night. Located in Buam-dong, Jongno-gu, Zaha Museum is the highest art gallery in Seoul. Reaching the museum involves a bit of an uphill walk, but the breathtaking scenery that includes Bugaksan Mountain and Inwangsan Mountain makes it worth the effort.

The signature menu here, however, is “Bansang,” set menus of the customer's choice ranging from No. 1 to No. 5 served on a round dining table. Each number has a different pricing and composition, but all offer new and unique flavors. The savory and crispy cheese and potato pancake goes perfectly with tangy omija makgeolli.

Whanki Art Museum exhibits the works of Kim Whanki (1913-1974), the pioneer of Korean abstract art. The main collection features nearly 300 works by Kim. One can also find an art shop and a café.
