Jangan Myeonok is a famous Pyeongyang naengmyeon (Pyeongyang cold buckwheat noodles) restaurant that has been around for 65 years. It’s been passed down for three generations. As its name explains itself, Pyeongyang naengmyeon is a naengmyeon mainly enjoyed in Pyongyang. Dongchimi (radish water kimchi) is mixed with meat broth to make buckwheat noodles.
